Service Policies


Parts:
All hardware installed in your machine will be current model equivalents to the part replaced unless you request an upgrade.

Warranty:
All parts and labor related to any parts replaced are covered for one year from the date of invoice. There is no warranty on labor related to clean up or tune up services as the user can easily re-corrupt the system by surfing infected web sites and downloading infected files. We fully guarantee the work we actually performed on your machine and not any unrelated problems that may occur after our service is completed.

Software:
We offer industry leading software for virus and adware removal and for backing up your data. We install and test the software to ensure it is properly functioning. We provide no warranty on software. See the software packaging for any warranty provided by the software manufacturer.
